Court Room Presentations Use video projection to show your depositions and other evidence. Computer Charts and graphs can be projected on to a screen. With the use of a video visualizer, Documents, X-rays, and other exhibits can be projected for the Judge, Jury and Witness to view.
Enhance your closing arguments by projecting your PowerPoint, Astound or VuePro presentations. You can also refresh the memory of the Jury by being able to easily reshow your key exhibits. |

Video Wills
The Video Will does not replace the written will. The function of the Video Will is to enhance the written will. This is accomplished by the video taping of your interview with your client. By taping the interview, your client’s wishes and condition (of sound mind and free will) can be made known to all parties. When your client changes their will, the new information is added to the end of the existing video.
In addition to knowing and proving that your client was of “sound mind and free will”, you will also be able to show your clients reactions and emotions regarding his/her interactions with certain “family members” or individuals.
Remember “A picture is worth a thousand words.”
* All Video Wills and amendments will have the date and time stamp on screen at all times.
